Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Don't impersonate other people or artists.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting you give PMZ Music permission to display it on the service. Only share music links and images you have the right to share. Music on PMZ Music plays through the official players of the platforms it's hosted on; we don't host audio files.
Community rules
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying.
- No spam, scams, fake engagement or misleading links.
- No sexual content involving minors, and no illegal content.
- No copyright infringement. Rights holders can report content and we will remove infringing material.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Artist pages
When music is shared on PMZ Music, we may create a page for the artist using public information from streaming services (such as their name, photo and links). These pages are marked "Unclaimed", are not run by the artist, and never host their audio — music plays through the official player of the platform it comes from. Artists can claim their page at any time by proving it's them; the page, its followers and the posts about their music then move to their account.
Impersonation
Don't pretend to be an artist, band, label or anyone else, and don't claim a page that isn't yours. Accounts whose name matches an existing artist are reviewed before they can be recommended. If we confirm impersonation we may transfer the profile to the real artist, remove its posts and ban the account. Report impersonation at pmzmusic.com/report-impersonation.
Copyright and legal requests
Rights holders can report infringing content, and we remove it promptly. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed. Send notices to [email protected] with a link to the content and proof that you represent the rights holder.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know on the site.
